How to Use the Feelings Database
- Once the Feelings database is connected to the Day database, use it to select the pre-populated feelings
- Use the database view below to review the whole list or add more of your own

How to Use the Horizons Tracker
- This area can be helpful to track your daily habits and feelings and notice if they line up with your weekly goals, monthly themes, quarterly milestones or vision for the year
- Once you connect all the Text properties labelled, Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Year as Relations, all your day entries will be connected to the week, all the week entries will be connected to the month, all the month entries will be connected to the quarter and all the quarter entries will be connected to the year.
- The review process is simple, just scan look for trends.
- Collecting data on yourself in this way can lead to valuable insight over time.
